Suspended from a strand of Dream Agate is a vintage Baltic Amber pendant. The Dream Agates in this necklace are predominantly dark brown and deep oxblood in color and exhibit some of the naturally occurring swirls, stripes and banding found in this beautiful gemstone.
Baltic Amber originates from the resin of trees that lived around the Baltic Sea approximately 44 million years ago. This Amber is known for its warm hues ranging in color from golden yellow to deep orange and even red.
The large Amber pendant is removable. Its beautiful hand crafted Sterling Silver setting includes a roomy bail that will accommodate other chains and bead strands.
Triggerless push-gate clasp is worn in front. The round hinged clasp is also removable and can accommodate additional charms or pendants.
